Work Placement
& Training Program
The
Work Placement & Training Program is designed to provide PATH recipients
with employment and training opportunities, fulfilling their work-required
hours. NEKCA, in partnership with PATH, work closely together to help
assist individuals with overcoming barriers to employment.
On a daily basis, NEKCA
provides on-site realistic employment tasks and training to perform these
tasks. Individuals who are enrolled in the program are responsible for
fulfilling their daily required hours. Throughout their enrollment,
participants learn technical, employment, job search, and essential
workplace skills that are required in the work force.
