The Parent Child Center
provides programs to nurture and support families with young children:
home visiting, early childhood services, parent education, education and
alternative high school curriculum, parent support,
on-site programs. playgroups, information and referral, and community
involvement. |

UP
Helps families achieve independence from welfare through
employment, raises self-esteem, and workls toward long-term individual
and family goals.

Educator Program
Prevents out-of-home placement of children and supports family
reunification efforts.

Care Services (Newport)
Offers comprehensive training to child care providers, child care
referrals, to families, and determination of eligibility for child
care subsidies.

Healthy
Babies
Offers family education for Medicaid-eligible families with
infants 2-12 months.

Healthy
Families (Newport)
This program provides family support and home visiting to families
at risk.

Teen
Parent Education
Education services to teens so they can earn their high school
diploma or G.E.D.
